We did this for a kids party because Chik-Fil-A was closed, and it was great! Adults loved it too.

Empanadas? Try http://panasgourmet.com. You can get both savory and sweet.

Costco. You can feed an army with their sandwich platters and mac and cheese.

I would go with pizza too. Watch the Chinese food if you have peanut allergy kids.

I would get a basic sandwich platter from Giant along with a fruit tray.

We had a sub platter from Potomac Pizza and they will deliver within a certain vicinity.

Do you have a Cosi nearby? They do platters of cocktail sandwiches that are good. I also asked them to make a side tray of PB&J sandwiches.

We also got small sandwich wraps and a fruit bowl from Costco, both worked well for kids and adults.

Thank you- you are making me reconsider my no pizza position . Did Ledo's deliver?

No, but we put the order in the day before and they had it ready at the time we wanted to run in and pick it up. I was anti-pizza at first, too, but those little squares are the perfect size.

Hi There- I am planning my child's birthday (guests between the ages of 3 and 6) which I am having in a community party room. I need to feed the adults, as well as the kids. I am non creative and would rather pay for platters/food then do something up myself. I was originally planning to get a nuggets tray from Chik-Fil-A as the primary lunch for the children, but just realized they are closed on Sundays (day of the party). Trying to avoid doing pizza... any other ideas for a kid friendly pre made platter from somewhere convenient to Bethesda, Rockville, Wheaton? Or any other ideas for something easy that doesn't involve a lot of prep time? Thank you!
