Not a scam in that they do what they say they do, but I can't help but think anyone in the know would laugh if they saw it on a resume.

We received same...if you DC took their SAT/ACT - its driven how they scored. We didn't bother with it ....

It's a legit organization, but no, not worth pursuing. Anything that charges you $30 (IIRC from when DC got it) to be "recognized" is not worth your time. National Honor Society (run through your DC's high school) is the better one.
