If you want to keep the plants, I would try liquid fence or human hair clippings. But, you will need to reapply regularly.
Some of my neighbors use netting over their plants or building little fences with the netting. But, I find that netting annoying and anything will tangle it.
Try planting plants that they like less like American hollies, crepe myrtles, viburnums.

You can buy a few wolves and release them in your yard.

Tall fence is truly the only way. You can try the deer spray but you have to be vigilant - spray at least once a week and after big rains. We use it on our front containers as we like to have a few non-deer proof plants out front.

Ok, I enjoy seeing these guys during a walk in the park as much as anyone, but they are WAY out of control. My tomatoes, lilies, roses, hostas and everything else have been munched way down. Is there any way to protect my plants, short of a tall fence (which kinda defeats the purpose of a nice-looking garden)?
