Faye Berger Mitchell is an excellent nutritionist and will work with you weekly (at least she did when I saw her). She was very non-judgmental and really worked hard to develop a plan of eating for me. And it worked.

Yesterday I received a flyer in the mail for Nava Center in Chevy Chase. Sounds pricey and they may push products, but you might want to look into it.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a weight loss counselor in the downtown Bethesda area? I'd like to meet with someone once a week or every other week to hold me accountable to my goals. Does this exist? Would it be ridiculously expensive?
