I love coleslaw but make it either without mayo or with FF mayo. If your slaw has a bunch of mayo then it's the mayo that would make it kinda bad to eat in large quantities!

Could you please post a recipe, if you use one? This sounds yummy but I'm pretty sure I will get quantities wrong.

I dont really use a recipe. I prob use about 1/2 T of oil and then equal parts rice wine vinegar and soy sauce (maybe 2T of each) and then sugar to taste - just to cut down some of the salt/vinegar.

Love coleslaw but I make mine with a lemon based dressing instead of mayo. Nothing to feel guilty about without the mayo calories

You can leave the mayo out of the dressing. There's also a Vietnamese cabbage and chicken salad that's good. I think the dressing calls for roasted garlic, sesame oil, and oyster sauce, with some kind of fresh Vietnamese herb.

I love cabbage, but hate mayo.

Costco has a kale cole slaw that's pretty addictive. Comes in a big bag with its own dressing. Dump in a bowl, mix in dressing, chow down.

I tend to agree with 14:44, except for me the "natural consequence" is the next morning. And god help the poor soul who occupies the bathroom after me.

Love cabbage in all forms. It's very healthy for you. Eat up.

Yum. I use soy sauce and Vidalia onions, mayo and shredded carrots, and binge just the same. I figure it's something my body needs; heard that cabbage is a natural tranquilizer. And no gas.

I made delicious coleslaw and have eaten three huge bowls. Am I going to die?

It's so crunchy and tangy. My recipe called for shredded cabbage and carrots, mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, celery seeds.

I need an intervention.
