Can you grill? Grill the corn and zucchini. Are the tomatoes decent? Slice thick and top with s&p and olive oil. Or sautee the green beans with garlic. Save the other stuff for another time.

Go for burgers with grilled veggie kabobs. You could even "kabob" the Italian sausage and ground beef, medeterranian style. Or you could roast zucchini, onions and tomatoes. Turn oven to 425, season sliced veggies with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast for 20 minutes. Toss once after 10 minutes then finish at 20 minutes. MMMM!
