Thanks everyone for the advice. I'll send a variety of PJs and bedding options. She's going in August and the camp is in Leesburg.

Beware of the polar vortex. Is it going to be next week when it's supposed to cool down? If yes, send some longer ones and send leggings/jeans too jic.

I like having a twin size fitted sheet for the bottom to put on those gross looking bunk mattresses, then I bring a sleeping bag, and if it's hot, a top sheet is good too.

My DD took a few pairs of comfy shorts and some leggings with tshirts to use as pajamas. The bonus was they could double as daytime clothing if needed (rainy days, mid-day change, etc.)

Where is the camp? I would search for average temps in that area. I would also send a variety of pjs.

My DD is going for the end of July. It's a lot colder at night in May than early Aug! Short sleeved/short pjs are the way to go. The sleeping bag (if needed at all) will provide plenty of warmth -- but you might just want to send a top sheet along b/c the sleepign bag may provide too much warmth.

Hello. My daughter will attend her first Girl Scout mini-camp in August. I'm torn between sending short-sleeved PJs/long-sleeved PJs/shorts vs. pants PJs. I know it will be hot during the day and possibly cool at night. My daughter usually runs hot at night (at home), but mentioned during her encampment back in May that she was cold at night. Moms...please let me know what you have packed in terms of PJs for your daughters in the past. Thanks in advance.
