Friends Community School is great!

A number of families use a bus service to come from a central location in Prince George's to Grace Episcopal in Kensington.

I have a daughter at Key--we love it!

My friends were very happy at Holy Trinity.

Well, St. Jerome Basketball players get recruited to all the DC "independent" schools so they must have academics that the "independent" schools find "strong".

New Hope Academy has gone down hill. They'll accept anybody just to fill spaces.

A fair amount of PG kids come to Alexandria in search of the best fit.

Maybe instead of "Best" I should say what are the well performing or competitive private schools in PG County? THanks for your feedback!

"Best" is very loose and subjective criteria.

Most PG private schools (roughly 3/4) are religiously-affiliated (Catholic, SDA, Lutheran). It's a safe bet the parents value a religious education, which you may or may not.

There's a fair size contingent of schools for kids with SNs (Chelsea School moved there for dtwn SS).

I'm curious about PG County as a whole so anywhere in PG County. Thanks for your feedback!
