Find out what their needs are and see if you can accommodate them. The better terms you leave on, the more likely someone is to say good things about you and ask for you in the future.
I agree. I definitely want to stay on good terms. I love my teammates, but I just don't think the job is a fit for me anymore. I could make it work and stay, but I am not sure if I still wouldn't be gone in another 6 month to a year.
