Ditto PP. SG does AH on frozen transfers and it is usually recommended for those in their upper 30s/lower 40s fresh cycles.

I believe it is always done on frozen embryos. I had AH done on my fresh embryos because of my age as it can be difficult for the embryo to hatch if you have older eggs with touch shells.

I was curious if anyone has done this. It's our first IVF, we used a donor, and have 3 normal 5 day blasts after doing PGS. We will do a frozen transfer this month.

Is it necessary or risky to do assisted hatching? We started with 11 embryos and lost so many in the process, I'm a bit nervous to play around with them more.
