I wear makeup (only eyes and lipstick) maybe twice a year. I am very pale though and sort of feel like I should incorporate something in my daily routine, but I'm just too lazy. I'm 40, and get proofed regularly/ get the good skin comments, so I guess I don't look as bad as I think. (Or else I look bad but young too.)
Anyway, OP, no judgement here and it sounds like you can get away with no makeup, so do it! Less steps in the morning is a good thing. Sleep is more beneficial to your skin than makeup.
