I'm sure they talked about it. And some guys would say you were a slut for doing it. Others might not. Prior dalliances don't have to be disclosed since it was BEFORE you started dating Ted. Honestly, the only things that should be disclosed is if you have an STD, have kids, or a significant other/spouse. Other than those 3 things, you don't need to give out personal details.

It can be a small world can't it? I think in a situation like that I would fess up to Ted - before you met him you had had a past sexual encounter with the guy at the function, it was only one night and you're not even sure that he remembers it but you just believe in being upfront about things like that even though it's embarrassing. You do not need to get into details about what happened that night. I just think that honesty is the best policy with these sorts of things.

I genuinely regret never having done anything like that in my life. Too late now (married 2 kids).
