I posted a while ago about buying some Pakistani "pickle" made from ginger and one made from lemons. I just bought some carrot pickle to add to my collection that is equally delicious.

Also bought a huge plate-sized cracker made from cassava -- the only ingredient is cassava pulp. Awful. The dog wouldn't even eat it.

What's new and interesting in your kitchen?
