You can kick him out of the house, otherwise it mostly won't help in the divorce or custody.

She was apologetic when I told her about the baby. She cried twice and said she couldn't believe he lied to her. But then she kept talking to him. So she wasn't all that sorry.

Once the mistress realized you are not separated and that you have a young baby, did she change her tune regarding being nasty to you?

He was around some during pregnancy we were separated. Moved back in right before the birth. He helps some but not w whole lot. I feel like I do most of the day to day stuff alone. He loves the baby. But he is selfish and I don't want my baby growing up like him.

Alienation of affection? How will that help me keep him from my child? He is evil and selfish

I found credit card bills. I hacked into his email account found passwords to our online phone accounts so hours of talking to one number and called her. At first we were cordial and then it got nasty.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. Your husband is a scumbag. I admire you for calling the mistress and getting it out in the open.

Most of what I've read suggests that infidelity makes little difference in court proceedings these days. But call a lawyer today. You need to protect yourself and the baby.

May I ask how you found out about the affair, and what your discussion with the mistress was like in terms of content? I mean, were you attacking her or blaming her, or just trying to get information? If he was living a double life, was she totally in the dark that he had a wife and baby?

Read about a woman who sued and won her case against her husband's mistress. It was for ? what's the term for taking away her husband's love affection??

I contacted my husbands mistress. We had a nasty war of words over the course of several days. I found out hes basically been living a double life. Can I use this against him in court ? I'd like full custody of our baby.

Thanks in advance
