Check the ingredients to avoid carrageenan, a seaweed based intestinal irritant that is added to almost all of these.

I like the Vanilla Almond Milk for Cereal and smoothies and unsweetened Almond Milk for cooking. I use both Almond Breeze and Silk (I believe both are non-GMO project verified).

i love soy milk but have decided to stop drinking it. trying to find an almond milk or something that doesn't taste like bitter, watered-down skim milk. thanks!
