That is a terrible attitude, and probably why so many people are so sedentary. The OP didn't even mention burning fat, perhaps he/she wants to improve health?
OP, I walk the stairs in my office building when I have breaks. Sometimes I'll close my door and knock out some push-ups, too. Squeeze more in whenever possible!
