Yes! It's one of my favorite things there, and I'm not even a vegetarian! The string beans are great with or without pork too, and all reheat beautifully. I envy you and your guests!

Yes and yes. We always order these and get quite a few meals out of them. I just make my own jasmine rice since I don't like theirs.

I'm getting takeout at 4pm from Joe's Noodle House this afternoon for a special birthday dinner at 7pm, and want to choose that items will reheat well after a few hours. For example, I think the mapo tofu and cold cucumber salad will keep pretty well, but not the items that are best served immediately after cooking like scallion pancakes.

Any suggestions? Would the spicy and tasty tofu hold up? Chicken and eggplant with basil?
