yes, and rotate half way through. Don't forget to crack the door at the end to crisp up the skin.

BTW, I always feed crowds Crisp and Juicy. I call in the morning and tell them I need 4 birds ready at the same time.

I want to bake cut up chicken pieces in the oven for a gathering of about 10 people - so probably about 6 lbs of bone in chicken. Will I be able to fit that much chicken into the oven (standard size) at one time? I can't cook in batches since it will take about an hour.
