Of course it's a flip. Sold for $345K 4/1/13.

The tiled floor in the basement makes me wonder if it floods.

Is it a flip? It was for sale in March 2013 for 345k.

Bad neighborhood.

Agree with the others - that house is overdone for the neighborhood it's in.

Nothing to support that price. It's not a good area.

I just saw this house as I was stuck on Missouri. Bad street, bad traffics, iffy neighborhood and bad schools so you have to lottery into a charter.

Not worth 650.

the location is not that great--too far from pet worth, missouri is busy, schools suck. For the same price you could buy closer to pet worth or a nicer similar size house in 14th st heights in a slightly better elementary school district.

Guess the seller can afford to wait.

Well, it's been on the market just shy of a year. The house is simply priced too highly for that neighborhood, even with fantastic renovation.

Love the house. Drop the price a bit.

I like the house, but not the location.

Is that not a good neighborhood? I think the house looks really nice.

There is nothing appealing to me about that house. It doesn't fit in with the other houses and that style for that house makes no sense.

OP you sound like the owner?

House is nice, I like the artsy decor. buyers can see past that though....they aren't buying the furniture. Plus, that house is staged so its not even their stuff.

its always the price if its been sitting this long. Only thing I can guess is that its location....location....location.
