Why not instead put on your shoes and go over there and join them?
Wow, you are just spectacularly wrong.
Also, in America, the police know that they work for the public, and they actually enforce laws, even laws like noise disturbances.

If you enjoy lawlessness and spreading misinformation, though, I welcome you to leave for whatever other country you so desire. Here in the U.S., the police take public disturbances seriously (thank god).

Good for you, OP, I would have (and have) done the same thing.
And yeah, the police never ask you for any information about yourself, just the location of the noise disturbance. They may ask for a phone number so they can call you back with questions/follow-up, but you don't have to provide it for them to show up.

The OP was at 6:07 pm. Hardly the wee hours, and I think you can put up with it. Now if it were 2 am, or 6:07 am, or every night, a call to the cops might be warrented.

Count yourself lucky. My neighbor is the same, but she lives next door. In an apartment. We share a wall. Her apartment is the designated after party designation, so things pick up at about 2:00 a.m. It's awesome.

One of my neighbors a couple streets away is having an extremely loud party with their extremely loud, crappy music. This person lives at least a couple streets away. The bass is so loud I can feel it even with the windows closed. Why? What is the appeal of this? Does the entire neighborhood have to hear your crappy music? I have a headache and am in a venting mood. /vent over
