If you go to a food stand, Indigo is also excellent and so is Puddin.

Agree with PP's suggestion to avoid Ted's.

Go to Market Lunch inside Eastern Market! Love that place. Or get crepes at the crepe stand outside, or one of the other outside vendors. The experience is more fun than going to a restaurant IMO. And while I like Ted's, it's a zoo on the weekends.

Have family in town today and thought we would take them to Eastern Market to walk around and pick up something to cook at home for dinner tonight. Probably will head down around 11 and thought we would have lunch first somewhere - any recommendations. Not usually in this area so not familiar with any of the offerings.
