Premade sauces are not very good. If you're going to the trouble of making bibimbap at home, why wouldn't you be mixing up the sauce, too? Maybe I read OP wrong and she's just making it as a one-off and doesn't do much Korean cooking at all, but I would way rather have gochujang at home than premade sauce, so I could make banchan for the bibimbap and other dishes, as well.
OP was asking for the specific sauce, not how to make it. We don't eat it often enough to make it. I just buy the bottle.
OP - as PP stated, you can ask one of the K-ladies working there, or you can take the image of the bottle on the post and look for the Korean writing that matches it. It has the word "???" Good luck.

NP here. Just ask an ajumma (middle-aged lady) who works there if she can direct you to the kochu-jang. I sometimes find myself in H Mart alone trying to hunt down something that Korean DH wants, and in my experience they're very nice to confused white people
PP here. To clarify, the "a" in jang is pronounced "ah", not a short "a" as in "cat". Just realized that might not be obvious from the English spelling.
