Ricotta mixed with a bit do unsweetened cocoa powder, a dash of sweetener and a few shakes of cinnamon. Mix well and serve chilled.

Add some vanilla and sweetener to Greek yogurt and have with sugar-free jello. Kind of a low-carb blast from the past.

Not low fat whipped cream, whatever that is. Get whipping cream. whip it yourself without adding any sugar.

The obvious choice is really dark chocolate. I usually just have a square or two and that's all I need. Usually just a few grams of carbs.
