I have seen dinger colonials in this area sell sooner. If it is price, then what is a good price for it?

Contemporaries are at the bottom of the hierarchy and the center hall colonial is at the top. There are fewer people who like the Contemporary style. Fewer people means a smaller buying pool.

Really colonials over modern? That makes me sad. We going to have the same reheated styles (in new and old construction) forever here...

Right? I really like the house.

That is exactly what I was thinking. If they used a warmer neutral, it would help a bit. It feels to sterile as it is now.

Location, price, and they didn't embrace the mid-century thing completely. Look at that kitchen. If you're going for the contemporary look, you don't put in those kinds of cabinets - looks "off"

Some color wouldn't hurt, either.

Over priced, only architects and weirdos like mid centuries and both are poor.

I like it! They should retake the photos to get ones without snow. Not a fan of the sauna or the overhead railing/2nd floor look-down. Built in 1979.

+1. Very few people will find this style appealing.

I thought the Oakton area was popular for those working in the Tysons area.
