But why can you not enter home? Is it some sort of safety hazard? House condemned?

RPA means no new construction outside the footprint.

People seriously don't think that they are going to get a 700K house for 350K do they? Come on.

If I'm going to give my house to someone it's going to be to my kid, my good friend, my parent, even my church.

Let's be reasonable folks. That house is priced at 350K for a reason.

Yeah, that house is really $700,000, assuming you can even build something new there.

You probably cannot expand the footprint much if at all.
