Does it have to be super special? And does it have to be just one trip?

Honestly at that age, I wouldn't want to do anything big and fancy. Kids are always getting sick just when it is time to leave on a big trip.

I'd plan a trip close to home (I'm assuming you are all in the DC area?) and go somewhere low key like Dutch Wonderland, which is GREAT for that age group.

Rent a house somewhere with a pool or a stream in the backyard or something, and let the kids hang and play. They are so young, they don't need much!

Not too young for a cruise. They have fabulous "kids clubs", day care, and hourly babysitting on board. Lots of activities for all ages.

We have some family money that a deceased relative earmarked for a family vacation. Two couples, a 4 year old, 2 2 year olds and a 18 month old.

Where would you go for 5 days for around $7500, including airfare?

Childcare or childcare option is a bonus.
