Kenney' s Appliance Service in Montgomery County (Chuck Kenney is the owner/operator) is by far the best and I've used most of them. He will usually have you give him a description of the part over the phone; order it; and then make the service call. Very honest, extremely knowledgeable and reasonable (like $60 for service call)....

A-Z appliance repair, any cost is rolled into repair and he's responsive and charges fair prices.

Any recommendations? A small piece of plastic on my friend door broke and it is causing the door to tilt slightly. Hopefully, I just need the new plastic piece and not a new door, but I HATE to pay $90 just for someone to come out and tell me that. Are there any repair people who come out for free or even less?
