This is obviously fairly juvenile but for my kids birthdays we have brownie waffles in the morning. Brownie batter + waffle maker = brownie waffle. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and some sprinkles and you would of thought it was the worlds greatest invention in my house. Been going on 10 years strong in this house and is still a hit with all 3 of my kids + 2 adults!

I made my DH beef stroganoff for his birthday last week. It was a special request since I don't typically make anything with red meat.
