What does "submissive, traditional" marriage mean? Does this mean that you do not work outside the home? Does it mean that your husband gets to make all the decisions about everything? Are you allowed to drive a car? Are you allowed to decline sex?

We're not VERY religious.
I may offer opinions on some things, but usually I'll defer to him if he feels differently. There have only been a few times where I've insisted on things.

Well, this is just how our marriage is. It's the environment I grew up in, and was my example of what marriage looks like. I was very young when I got married and unsure of how many things in life worked. It was comforting to be with someone who knew how to handle things.
