Why? Or why not?
Because on a indeterminate plant, all you're doing is slowing down when you get tomatoes. As long as the plant is big enough to physically support the fruit, they are good.
And worse, if you pinch flowers on a determinate plant, you will end up with fewer tomatoes overall, period!
