IMO don't worry about calories, eat nutrient dense filling foods. And limit carbs.

Most cheese is not vegetarian, its contains rennet (typically listed on ingredient as enzymes)

Brands that are vegetarian that use non-animal rennet or microbial enzymes are: Whole Foods 365 Brand, Horizon, Organic Valley

Trader Joes always lists their rennet source as animal, vegetable or microbial. I also get good cheese at Whole Foods marked veg.

Stop munching. Eat three meals a day, get lots of protein and good fat.

They are very high in calories and salt, though. (NP here).

Maybe the roasted seaweed snacks from TJ? Might satisfy the urge to snack. Low in calories.

I am trying to lose some weight gradually- about 10 lbs before my September wedding. I eat decent breakfasts and lunches but snacks are severing lacking a I end up eating a lot of salsa-chips, sugary fruit etc. I like savory foods more than sweet and need some recommendations.
