If you have a World Market near you, it's there. Also, Bed Bath & Beyond owns WM so some of the larger BBBs have a WM sectio.

You know it's not beer right? It's like a strong ginger ale. Some of the artisan ginger ales are quite similar in fact

Whole foods, giant, Safeway have it. Look for Goslings brand but there are others.
