I think maybe ppl are cool with a loud party only because the hosts are moving right after it. And they like free drinks.

I didn't see any indication of sock puppetting. It looks like the normal anti-loud-noise crowd feels like the OP should be able to put up with it for one night.

Is that entire thread on Off-Topic being sock-puppeted? On every other horrible-party neighbors thread I've ever read, the mix has been about 50-50 pro-loud party and anti-loud party. That one is almost unanimously pro-loud party, most are one-line replies, and they all sound like they're written by the same person. It's odd.
