Subject: Natural ways/foods to reduce NK cell activity
OP here.
I don't know if it is 50:1 ratio. The test was NK cell activation assay NKa.
Are there vegetarian options? I am following that life style after gaining tons of weight during previous IVFs (and I should say I am feeling good). How about flax seeds?
What foods may increase NK cell activity? I guess I should be more careful about what not to eat.

You can give it a try, but FYI fish oil never seemed to do much for me. If your values are borderline, I'd keep a close eye on what they do. I had a significant spike after every failed pregnancy attempt.

your 50:1 ratio is 9%?
As PP mentioned fish oil can reduce NKs and I've also heard some having success with cat's claw. I'd be careful with the herbs and probably only take a small dose before ovulation. Studies have shown it to be similar in effectiveness to prednisone.
Also be careful what other supplements you are on because things like spirulina has been shown to increase NKs.

My NK cell activity came out as 9.5%. Less thn 10% which is good but still so close! Are there any natural foods to eat or avoid to keep the NK cells in control?
