I was just wondering....How
importantis your waist measurement in regard to your overall health?
I am a woman and have been told that if your waist is larger than 34', you are more likely to have a stroke, cancer, diabetes and many other diseases.
So I took a tape measure and measured my waist today. (Below the belly button, no sucking in.) I measured 40'.
Is extra belly fat really so unhealthy?
