I love the show. I did not know the Dancy person could act. He is very good.

I couldn't get passed the pilot b/c of the stupid dialogue,

Autism isn't a "personality disorder" and has nothing to do with how active an imagination you have.

If anything being on the spectrum creates difficulty with expressing empathy. I'm tired of asshat writers who know jack about autism to make it their character's "flaw." It's so trite and becoming cliche.

I'm watching it, but sometimes I have to force myself. The acting is excellent and it's very creative and visually stunning, but the violence and twisted nature really bother me. I usually half-watch it while surfing Pinterest so I can block out the really horrific parts. I can't just straight-up watch it; it's too much.

I watched most of the second season without having seen the first. The murders were just too over the top, I like 'em more realistic, so I just couldn't stomach it (haha) any more. May watch the first season if I can find it.

So good.

I have a moment (sometimes several) every episode where I wonder "How is this a thing on network tv?!?"

But the writing and characterization is just incredible.

My husband banned me from talking about the show. All I did was talk about how all the food was probably people, I didn't even describe any of the cases to him.
