Pretty house. But that reno is awful. Really bad kitchen. I would prefer it be original so that I could redo it. What were they thinking?!

Wow, I totally love it. Too bad the flipper did such a crappy job, really is it that hard to get period appropriate tile instead of what they put? And the awful gold fixtures in that one bedroom. Really too bad, because some people who would be seriously interested for the charm have to consider renovation costs upfront.

No, the house was definitely there before 2005. I'm pretty sure it's original to its location.

Anyone know the story on the pricing/sales history? Sold for $560 in 2002, then $330 in 2005...now listed at $740?
Total wreck in 2005, and total gut job since then to account for the price increase? But why the drop between 2002 and 2005 - major damage? Or did the Victorian literally drop from the sky (ie. brought in from another location) between 2005 and now?

sadly it loses some of it's old school charm when you see the rest of the street that it's on... which might be part of the problem... for those that appreciate these kind of houses, it's just in the wrong spot....
