Basically, Joan Rivers is pretty rude, in line with her MO, and Bristol Palin is surprisingly normal and kind. She clearly didn't grow up as a celebrity and doesn't seem to consider herself much of one now. Rivers threw a fancy dinner party and put Bristol on the spot with a table full of pseudo famous people, asking her to account for her mother's politics. Bristol was poised and gracious - I thought Rivers came out looking like a jerk.

Rivers' daughter seemed more normal-ish, at the very least nice, and had some useful suggestions for how to improve the relationship between the kid & Bristol's sister.

Oh! How do you eat a lobster with utensils? How would one proceed to eat a lobster and still looking classy during a formal setting?

I had two kids crying in the background and couldn't hear to what they were saying. Where did Bristol's kid go? I didn't see him at all.
