I had knee surgery and must take it easy but I find T25 ok. You need to take it slow. I mix the high and low impact until I get stronger.

T25 is very hard on the knees and the low-impact modifications barely raise my heart rate.

You should be okay with P90X3! There is always a low impact option. I had knee problems going into P90X3 and now I feel much stronger.
T25 is another very good option. I felt like T25 is more cardio focused with some weights, while P90X3 was weights-focused with a little cardio.

P90x3 seems like the obvious answer as it is only 30 minutes a day, but I have not done it so can't comment on the knees. I am currently doing t25 and love it. I really feel good after only 25 minutes. It is hard on the knees, but Tania modifies every move so you could just follow her. I fully recommend it!

Title summarizes it well! I am pretty fit- my favorite DVD is Jackie Werner's xtreme timesaver. I have done most of Jillian's dvds (except gave up after months due to the knees- or modified), Bob Harper, Jari Love etc. I am hoping to find a program where you mix things up - like P90x or chalene that is not an hour and not hard on the knees. Is there anything out there? It would be fun to do a program..
