Not OP but I thought season 1 was good. Season 2 was not worth watching b/c I think they're trying to stretch to theme of "history repeating itself" just too far. Not sure if I'll stick it out through 3.

If you like mysteries, Zen is really awesome.

I like Murdoch Mysteries for the historical context. It's a little slow paced, especially the first season, but picks up.
