I don't think you are dumb and more than likely, your computer is not infected. I can't say for sure because I didn't click on the link myself. I just deleted the thread after it was reported. It is for reasons like this that we don't allow "link-only" posts.

Because you have a Macintosh, the chances of getting inflected with malware are very slim. However, if you downloaded something from the website and let it install, that would be a problem. Short of that, you probably shouldn't worry. I recommend upgrading your Mac to Mavericks. It's a free upgrade and will offer additional security protection.
