If you are thinking sushi, not so with the sticky rice and salty soy sauce, even though I heart sushi, a lot. You can try sashimi with very tiny bit of soy sauce.

Not quite. The saslokk (kebabs) are made from very fatty pieces of meat. I do like them a lot though.

I think (well, I hope) that pho is a relatively healthy choice. Now I am sure it is loaded with sodium but it is mostly broth, not that much meat.

I'm the Japanese poster, and I agree with this. I was thinking in terms of "if I go to an ethnic restaurant, which would have the healthiest food?", not "if I go to a country, mingle with the ordinary people and eat what they eat on a day to day basis . . . ".

I'd add Vietnamese to the list.

I agree with Japanese, if we're talking Americanized-ethnic, as opposed to genuinely from another region/culture.
