White towels and benzoyl peroxide bar soap.

It can be drying and will bleach your towels and sheets of you aren't careful. If it is too drying, try a body wash with salicylic acid in it.

Let your skin air dry completely after bathing. Use gold bond powder if you sweat a lot. Wear cotton underwear and natural fibers like cotton and wool. Don't wear pantyhose or tight pants if possible.

It will take a few weeks. Be patient

Also try applying tea tree oil with cotton ball. It's the only thing that has worked for me.

The side effects were horrible with doxy. How do you deal with it?

Facial's don't do anything for acne.

yea it's bacterial. You need an antibiotic to clear the infection.

Is it keratosis pilaris? (Well, except the cysts.) I get it on my hips and thighs, sometimes my butt, and didn't know what it was until I was in my late 20s. A lotion like Amlactin helps.

I'm curious about this too. My DH has this super bad. More on the top of his thighs. We sort of think it's a bacterial infection or something because it's been going on for years.

Yeah, see a derm about the cysts.

I would suggest you make sure your panties are all cotton, that you go commando to sleep at night, and see a derm about big cysts.

Thanks! I did try this product and it works on the smaller spots but does nothing for a bigger cystic kind.

Is it possible to do something similar to a facial, but on my buttocks? Are there salons that do this kind of treatment?

I have a really annoying acne situation there, that I can't get rid of no matter what I do.

Any other suggestion? Something that worked for you? Permanently?

Please don't laugh and don't shark....
