What? She was making sure the dog didn't come back. Normal behavior to me. And the mom could've been on the front steps reading or something and didn't look up until she heard what happened. Seems she got there right after the cat defended the boy. Plus, the kid is in how driveway. I don't think the mom could anticipate a stray dog attack like that so she was supervising him just fine.

Did you read the story? It was a security camera that taped it. And the woman got up to make sure the dog was not coming back.

Loved it! The cat looked like it was flying. Did you know that cat followed the family home one day and that's how they met their beloved pet? The dog owner knew that dog hated children and bikes so maybe he/she needed a better fence or something? How did the dog get out?
