Crocs are the best for wide feet and for spraygrounds. They dry quickly and dont stay wet all day.

Tevas and Crocs have worked for us. Go ahead and judge us -- we're having too much fun in the water to worry about the fashion police!

We buy the cheap mesh top/plastic soled kind. My kids have xw feet and width has never been an issue. They are terribly unattractive but are only used for daycare waterplay anyhow. You can get them at Target near the swim aisles, or there are tons of brands on Amazon.

You can find them on sale and even through Diapers.com

We use crocs and stride rite sport sandals.

Stride rite makes some open toe sandals that can be used for water play and come in wide sizes. I also get mine from LL Bean. They don't come in wide sizes but the open sandals are open enough that they fit wide feet.

This. If you get the original ones - the ones in solid colors - they are made of softer material than many fancier models. They fit my DS's chubby feet well, back in the day.

Well I'm having trouble finding shoes that my kid can wear to a sprayground. Do you have any suggestions?

Any suggestions? It seems like they don't really make toddler water shoes in wide sizes. Is that because they are generally wider than regular shoes?

Also, what about crocs? Would those work? Help a FTM out!
