OP here. Turns out the cord is a commercial grade 50foot extension cord, bought a new one

For our non-winterized mower that didn't start. They also sharpened the blades.

I don't know if you could fix an electrical cord, you would have to ask them. They only operate out of a truck, coming to your house. They don't have a shop to drop off a mower at.

I just mowed the electrical cord in half, need to find a repair shop that can splice it back together.
