We love the school and our DD is doing well there. Chaotic is not a word I'd think to use to describe the school. Maybe there was a special event going on when you toured? What were your other concerns?

Post on the Virgina schools board and you might get more responses. Not our school but one district over and have only heard good things about Ashlawn.

I'm interested in obtaining recent feedback on kindergarten and first grade at Ashlawn Elementary School. DD was wait listed at ATS, but her number is pretty low. There's a chance she'll get in next year or by second grade at the latest. My neighbors seem to love the school, but I had a few concerns when I toured this winter. It seems a little chaotic. Thanks for the feedback!
