There has been a lot more inventory in the TKPK historic district. There is even one house that has been sitting for a few weeks, which surprises me given the area.

OP again. Most difficult part is the kitchen. I don't see a refrigerator or a dishwasher. Not sure if they're tucked away somewhere else. Might need some modifications there.
