I'm on a budget, so I try and get cheap cheese from Wholefoods. There's a little goat brie we love. I think it's the Wellspring Creamery one. We also like Port Salut.

Neither is that fancy, but cheap enough that I can put it in my kid's lunch box or justify eating it in front of the TV.

I second midnight moon. Just bought some today.

Theres a kind with salt and pepper rind. Forget the name, but so good.

Paviano (sp?) I think. Similar to a pecorino.

Brillat Savarin is my all time fave for a creamy buttery decadent cheese. Also like Beemster Gouda with salty crystals, anything Cowgirl Creamery, and St. Andre for a cheaper take on the Brillat.

I just don't like anything with blue / gorgonzola. I always get the same stuff and I'm ready to mix it up!
