PP here, and I'm down with this. But there's still no comparison between your pets, and people. Please also stop taking your dogs into street-side retail stores. And no, you cannot register your furbaby as a service animal.

Inside a restaurant? No. You can try the outside eating area of some places in like Georgetown or bethesda

I don't know of any where you are but here in DC there are many restaurants with patios that allow the dogs on the patio. I believe that all restaurants ban pets in the indoor dining room.
